When detailing, fabrication, coating and installation happen close to the job site, project teams resolve questions faster, adjust sequencing with less lead time and avoid much of the risk that comes with long-distance shipping. Local fabrication also keeps more of a project's value in the regional economy.

Building the next generation of trades

Welders, fitters, ironworkers and installers learn much of their craft on the shop floor and on site. Across the group, experienced tradespeople work alongside apprentices and newer team members, passing on the practical knowledge that keeps quality and safety consistent from one project to the next.
