Solico Metal has completed installation of its new laser sheet cutter and 3D tube laser. Both machines are now in production at the company's Calgary shop.
The equipment expands Solico's capacity to produce custom parts and components with greater precision, consistency and efficiency.
New capability on the shop floor
- The laser sheet cutter strengthens plate and sheet processing.
- The 3D tube laser handles complex profiles, detailed cuts and custom fabrication that depend on accuracy and repeatability.
Together they improve production flow, reduce material waste and shorten lead times. They also give clients with specialized fabrication needs more options for what can be produced in-house.
